Dear Rock ‘n’ Roll Participant, 
It is with a heavy heart that we write to you today regarding the upcoming Rock ‘n’ Roll Cleveland Half Marathon, 10K & 5K scheduled for October 11, 2014. We have made the difficult decision to cancel the event due to a number of circumstances, including low levels of participation and local support. 
We know you have put forth a great amount of effort training for race day and so have we. Unfortunately we were not able to gain the necessary momentum to operate this event to your satisfaction or to ours. 

We apologize for this inconvenience and would like to offer the following alternatives: 

a. Transfer to another Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Series event 
b. Transfer to next year’s Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon, 1/2 Marathon, 10K or 5k on May 17, 2015 
c. Receive a complete entry fee refund 

If you are a registered participant for Rock ‘n’ Roll Cleveland, you will be receiving an email that will allow you to choose which option above is best for you. If you have any questions regarding your Rock ‘n’ Roll Cleveland registration, please feel free to contact [email protected].
